在2026香港金融科技周開幕式上，度小滿與香港科技大學（科大）、香港生成式人工智慧研發中心（HKGAI）聯合發佈軒轅4.5金融增強大模型。軒轅4.5基於RSI技術在獲客、風控、客戶經營等核心金融場景中實現效果提升30%，成本僅為通用模型的10%。度小滿CEO朱光表示：「科大和HKGAI在人工智慧、電腦科學和多學科交叉研究方面積累深厚，與度小滿長期積累的金融業務經驗、真實應用場景和工程能力形成互補，三方聯合推動AI在金融領域的深度應用，助力香港金融行業的智慧化升級。香港是度小滿集團的國際化總部，我們還將與港科大持續深化科研合作，攜手HKGAI開拓國際市場。」科大首席副校長郭毅可表示：「科大一直致力於讓前沿 AI 研究走向真實產業場景。與度小滿聯合發佈的軒轅 4.5 金融大模型，是行業首個自進化金融增強大模型。我們期待軒轅 4.5 在香港的落地，進一步提升香港作為國際金融中心的競爭力。」首個自進化金融增強大模型，構建一人千面的AI原生應用體驗軒轅4.5是金融領域首個將自進化RSI技術運用於模型訓練及智慧體場景目標適配的金融增強大模型，包含大語言模型和多模態模型兩部分。自研Xuanyuan-Machine參與智慧體資料合成、有監督微調、強化學習等環節，讓模型持續適配金融任務。針對需要多步分析的複雜業務，“軒轅”結合長鏈路強化學習、信貸標準作業流程獎勵及線上策略蒸餾，融合多領域專家能力，並在可信合規的金融智慧體環境中構建超過1000億Token的場景增強資料。“軒轅4.5”模型在所測金融場景中，以約為通用頂級模型十分之一的推理成本，實現更強的金融場景能力。不同客戶的經營節奏、資金需求在不同階段也不盡相同。「軒轅」通過金融專業能力和對用戶需求的個性化洞察，可以滿足一個用戶在不同時間、不同情境下的金融需求。例如，對於需要短期資金周轉、回款後才有現金流的客戶，模型據此匹配方案：用款期間先付利息，貨款收回後再還本金，實現更早洞察客戶需求、為客戶更精准匹配方案。智能體驅動風控策略自進化，深化AI金融產學研合作

In less than a year since receiving Government approval to establish Hong Kong's third medical school, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) has achieved a series of major milestones, including the advancement of key infrastructure, the completion of its curriculum framework, and the recruitment of internationally renowned academic and clinical leaders.HKUST is building a new-generation medical school that integrates medicine, technology and innovation while meeting the highest professional and academic standards. The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) today announced the launch of the HK$100 million RAISe+ Project Fund (RPF), a dedicated funding initiative that will provide financial backing and tailored commercialization support to HKUST research teams participating in the HKSAR Government's Research, Academic and Industry Sectors One-plus Scheme (RAISe+). The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is co-leading the development of a Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Toolkit with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). The initiative is designed to help banks address the potential challenges that advances in quantum computing may pose to existing encryption technologies and to prepare for the transition to post-quantum cryptography. In a tribute to Dr. SZE Chi-Ching and his family’s generous gift, and in recognition of the family’s support, HKUST has named a learning facility at the ground floor of the Lee Shau Kee Library as the “Sze Chi Ching and Wu Shu Min Learning Space.”Dr. Sze and his four sons—Mr. Ivis Sze, Mr. Irons Sze, Mr. Ivan Sze, and Mr. Jaime Sze—were joined at the naming ceremony for the Sze Chi Ching and Wu Shu Min Learning Space on March 30 by HKUST’s senior management, including Prof. Nancy IP, HKUST President; Prof. GUO Yike, Provost; Prof. Charles NG, Vice-President for Institutional Advancement; Prof. Tim CHENG, Vice-President for Research and Development; and Ir John KWONG, Vice-President for Development.
